Tilt and turn the Rubik’s 360 puzzle toy to try and get the balls into matching colour domes. Six balls - each a different colour - are trapped inside three transparent plastic spheres. To complete the game, players must manoeuvre the balls from the inner sphere to matching slots on the outer sphere. This is done by shaking them through a middle sphere that has only two holes... without tipping out the balls that have already been placed in the correct slot.
Like the original Rubik’s Cube, the Rubik’s 360 puzzle ball has endless permutations and ways to twist, tilt and turn but ultimately there is only one solution to solving this puzzle! Unlike the other Rubik’s Cubes, this one requires less mathematics to solve and a lot more physics. Shaking the puzzle toy will only get you so far!
The Rubik’s 360 was released in 2009 by Erno Rubik, the inventor of the Rubik’s Cube and other puzzles. Don’t let the shape and puzzle solving fool you, the Rubik’s 360 is still part of the Rubik’s family.
