Upon purchase of any products from this site, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order which will be sent to the email they provided.

The products purchased in this site are sold 'as is' without warranty unless the product is found to be defective upon initial inspection after receipt by the purchaser. Any warranty claims must be submitted via written correspondence (email, direct mail) and approved by Rubik's Customer Service. The return of the defective item in its original packaging shall be at the expense of the purchaser. Replacement of the defective item will be offered. Replacement will take place after the return of the defective item and its packaging have occurred. Replacement shipment will be sent to the original ordering party ship-to address. Return freight costs to the purchaser's ship to address will be at the account of Rubik's.com. No refunds will be made for original shipping costs paid by the customer for returned items unless agreed by the Rubik's.com Shop.
Email receipts are the only proof of purchase for transactions on this site other than the credit card billing statement. If a duplicate receipt is required, customers must make their request by the contact form of this site and include their name, address, email address, date of purchase, items purchased and full purchase price charged to their credit card including freight and handling and applicable sales tax. In this case, the Rubik's.com shop shall produce a duplicate receipt within 10 business days from time of receipt of request.
The Rubik's.com shop will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies assigned to investigate any fraudulent transactions processed through this site. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party to double check all entered information and order breakdown with quantities before submitting the order form.

The Rubik's.com shop cannot guarantee any products purchased on this site can be shipped to any country other than the United States or Canada dependent upon the physical address provided by the purchaser and subject to all applicable postal laws as provided by the shipping and receiving country .
Because every country processes imported products differently, we are unable to cover any additional fees relating to the import of products purchased from the Rubik's shop. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover all fees regarding the purchase of an item.
Shipping rates provided on this website do not include any extra entry fees that may be applied upon arrival in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All products will be shipped within 3 Business Days of order submission (holidays and weekends not included). The method of shipment ,as shown on this site, is an estimate only and is to be calculated after the purchaser receives shipment notification via email. Shipment timelines are not to be calculated from date of order. All shipment times are subject to the freight carrier's discretion and as such, the Rubik's.com Shop will not guarantee exact delivery dates of any shipments with the any freight carrier.
The Rubik's.com Shop assumes no liability for damage, loss or mis-delivery of shipment after providing an email receipt of purchase including tracking number of shipment ( if service standard selected is trackable ). Any products received in a damaged condition still remaining in their sealed retail packaging can be claimed against mail insurance if applicable. Please contact Rubiks.com stating order number, contact name and date of shipping and a claim will be submitted on your behalf with the carrier of the shipment.
The Rubik's.com shop provides no guarantee against damage during shipment and is not liable for lost shipments sent to a business address by purchaser's instruction.
The Rubik's.com shop will replace lost, damaged or misplaced shipments via its normal order process at no cost to the Rubik's shop based on availability of item at time of request by the purchaser. All claims against lost, damaged or mis-shipped items must be handled by the purchaser and their local governmental mail carrier.
In the unlikely event a product purchased is not shipped from the Rubik's shop within 7 business days from time of email receipt , the customer shall be eligible for a full refund of all costs related to the purchase from this site (unless the product is out of stock), to their credit card. This refund will be issued as a credit for the same amount originally charged to the purchaser. The customer must provide a formal request via the email link to this site to request their refund. All requests must be received within 10 business days after the initial order was placed. Incorrect ordered items, whether it a be wrong quantity or item, may be returned at a 15% restocking fee. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in these legal notices.
What happens if a package is returned to sender because it is *undeliverable*?
Every once in a while a shipment is returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the product total. *Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable*.
Why would a package be returned to sender as *undeliverable*?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
