You're looking at full OLL / PLL methods there. Yes there are a lot of algs.

Can I suggest 2-look OLL and 2-look PLL.

4 steps:

Yellow cross: 4 cases
Rotate corners to make yellow face: 7 cases
Position corners: 2 cases
Position edges: 4 cases

Where I say yellow, I start with the white cross, so the last layer has the yellow face on top. If you start with green, as some guides do, you'll have blue on top. Just substitute whatever colour you end up with.

I did a series of tutorial vids to help with this. viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5139

They're pretty easy, although I did muck up one case (I solved correctly, but quoted the alg wrong. I did put the correct alg in the notes though).

Hope this helps. It's not full OLL, but makes for a nice stepping stone between.
Please take off topic discussion off this forum. Thanks.

It's a lot better to learn 2-look OLL before Full OLL.
Even with 2-look PLL and OLL you should be able to get 30 seconds (if you practice a heck lot)
2-look OLL consists of all the OLL cases where there is a cross already oriented correctly.

Don't forget to lookahead for F2L so you don't freeze while solving!
lol, here to help ^_~

Check out my Cross OLL video. I think you'll find it useful!
