iphone App - Speed Cubing

As you may remember we reviewed he Rubik's iphone App in Episode 1. Well we took some iPhones and iPod touches to the European Championships in Budapest last October to see what some speedcubers would make of it, and we were amazed!! Lots of cubers were achieving sub 30 seconds on their first few attempts and Marek Wojtowicz from Poland won the competition with a solve of 13.83 seconds – WOW!!

More ands more people are creating some amazing Rubik's art. From paintings to sculptures and also some amazing Mosaics using the cubes themselves. Have a look at our "Mosaics" page in the photo gallery.

The Rubik's Twist

The Rubik's 'Twist' sometimes known as the 'Snake' is a popular puzzle that was also invented by Erno Rubik. It doesn't have a particular solution but the challenge is to make it into a variety of shapes and have lots of fun with it. Find out all about it on the 'Twist' page of our website.
