Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarder. A physical address of a private individual must be provided to ensure delivery of your order.

Who covers the cost of duties, import fees, handling fees, forwarder charges etc?

Because every country processes imported products differently, we are unable to cover any additional fees relating to the import of products purchased from the Rubik's shop. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover all fees regarding the purchase of an item.

Shipping rates provided on this website do not include any extra entry fees that may be applied upon arrival in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Who handles the delivery of my order?

The Rubik's shop will automatically calculate the cheapest shipping options available to you in order to provide you with a rapid and cost efficient delivery service.

All orders are processed in Canada via Cananda Postal Service. The Rubik's shop does not use Federal Express, DHL, Airborne or any other carrier. Customer requests to use any other carrier than Canadian Postal Service will not be honored.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Shipments are generally sent out within 24 to 72 hours from time of order depending on the time of year and whether the order was placed over a holiday or weekend.

All orders are processed and shipped from Canada. As such, duties, taxes, forwarder fees or custom clearance fees etc. may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Pricing for freight and handling does not include VAT, taxes, duties or other charges local governments or carriers may include to clear or deliver the product. Delivery times may vary dependent upon local mail carrier methods and time needed to clear customs. Because of these factors, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Can I track my order?

Please view the Time In Transit Matrix provided above for Canada Post Delivery Confirmation services offered. The Canada Post Delivery Confirmation Services offered on this website are assigned a tracking number that is only used for proof of delivery and are not a fully trackable service and are fully operational on the U.S.P.S website *after* the shipment has been cleared by U.S. Customs into the U.S.P.S. system.

Undelivered packages

What happens if a package is returned to sender because it is *undeliverable*?

Every once in a while a shipment is returned to us because it was undeliverable. When this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the product total. *Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable*.

Why would a package be returned to sender as *undeliverable*?

We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:

• Incorrect/Incomplete/Invalid address information provided during order process.
• Failed delivery attempts by the receiving mail/postal administration / package was not picked up from the local depot within the designated time provided by the receiving postal administration.
• Package refused by recipient.

If there is no Tracking/Delivery Confirmation information available after the *Estimated Time In Transit window has passed* for the service purchased, or you cannot locate the package and it has not been returned as undeliverable, please feel free to contact us thru the My Order contact page on this site with your order # to request further assistance.
