All prices of products are subject to change without prior notice, except at time of purchase. Credit card purchases will be billed the total amount shown including freight and any applicable sales tax in $US dollars regardless of the viewing currency preference you may have chosen.
The Rubik's shop does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the products in this site in terms of their performance, durability, entertainment value, safety or otherwise. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in these legal notices.
All purchases made on this site are protected by secure transaction processing. The Rubik's Shop shall be indemnified against any claims for fraudulent use of credit cards on this site with the exception of our guarantee as outlined in the Buyer Assurance section of the site.
Customers enter credit card information at their own risk. All Credit Card information submitted may take up to one minute or more to process.
Upon purchase of any products from this site, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order which will be sent to the email they provided.
All deliveries of products ordered are as stated in the freight options section of this site.
The products purchased in this site are sold 'as is' without warranty unless the product is found to be defective upon initial inspection after receipt by the purchaser. This is limited to 7 days from the date of shipping or 1 day after confirmation of delivery has taken place via the U.S. or Canadian Postal Service tracking service. Any warranty claims must be submitted via written correspondence (email, direct mail) and approved by Rubik's Customer Service. The return of the defective item in its original packaging shall be at the expense of the purchaser. Replacement of the defective item or an in-store credit may be offered. Replacement will take place after the return of the defective item and its packaging have occured. Replacement shipment will be sent to the original ordering party ship-to address. In store credits may be used to obtain an equal valued item at the return item current price. Return freight costs to the purchaser's ship to address will be at the account of Rubik's Shop. No refunds will be made for original shipping costs paid by the customer for returned items unless agreed by Rubik's Shop.
Email receipts are the only proof of purchase for transactions on this site other than the credit card billing statement. If a duplicate receipt is required, customers must make their request by the contact form of this site and include their name, address, email address, date of purchase, items purchased and full purchase price charged to their credit card including freight and handling and applicable sales tax. In this case, the Rubik's shop shall produce a duplicate receipt within 10 business days from time of receipt of request.
The Rubik's shop will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies assigned to investigate any fraudulent transactions processed through this site. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party to double check all entered information and order breakdown with quantities before submitting the order form.
Non U.S. residents
All terms for U.S. residents (outlined above) apply to non-U.S. residents with the exception of the following.
If you are purchasing a product on this site and reside in a country other than the United States, your order freight calculation may require 24 hours before it may be processed. Method of shipment and freight cost are determined by the Rubik's shop. The Rubik's shop cannot guarantee any products purchased on this site can be shipped to any country other than the United States or Canada dependent upon the physical address provided by the purchaser and subject to all applicable postal laws in the United States or Canada.
Freight terms
All products will be shipped within 3 business days of order submission. The method of shipment ,as shown on this site, is an estimate only and is to be calculated after the purchaser receives shipment notification via email. Shipment timelines are not to be calculated from date of order. All shipment times are subject to the freight carrier's discretion and as such, Rubik's Shop will not guarantee exact delivery dates of any shipments with the any freight carrier.
All freight shipments are sent via Canadian Postal Service or U.S. Postal Service. No other carriers will be used regardless of purchaser special request. All freight is shipped uninsured unless requested by purchasing party.
The Rubik's shop assumes no liability for damage, loss or misdelivery of package after providing an email receipt of purchase including tracking number of shipment. Any products received in a damaged condition still remaining in their sealed packages are entitled to be claimed against mail insurance.
International shipments including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a maximum allowable insurance coverage guarantee of $90USD. Orders exceeding this maximum dollar value will be re-rated for an appropriate insurable service if available for your destination. All Canada and Continental U.S. customers have the option to fully insure thier shipment with the exception of the above.
The Rubik's shop provides no guarantee against damage during shipment and is not liable for lost shipments sent to a business address by purchaser's instruction.
The Rubik's shop will replace lost, damaged or misplaced shipments via its normal order process at no cost to the Rubik's shop based on availability of item at time of request by the purchaser. All claims against lost, damaged or mis-shipped items must be handled by the purchaser and their local governmental mail carrier.
Return and refund policy
In the unlikely event a product purchased is not shipped from the Rubik's shop within 7 business days from time of email receipt , the customer shall be eligible for a full refund of all costs related to the purchase from this site (unless the product is out of stock), to their credit card. This refund will be issued as a credit for the same amount originally charged to the purchaser. The customer must provide a formal request via the email link to this site to request their refund. All requests must be received within 10 business days after the initial order was placed. Incorrect ordered items, whether it a be wrong quantity or item, may be returned at a 15% restocking fee. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in these legal notices.
